RADISSON SAS FARNHAM ESTATE HOTEL

The Radisson SAS Farnham Estate Hotel, is currently accepting applications for:

Commis Chef

This is an ideal position for a junior chef looking to gain experience in an international hotel group. 

Key duties include:

Preparation of Starter & salads

Vegetable Preparation

Assisting Demi chef d'parti  in any tasks required.

Implement food hygiene policies.      

Chef D'Parti, Grill Section  

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef d'parti to join our new and exciting team.    

Key duties include: 

Taking charge of a section in the kitchen

Ensuring all production is completed to the highest standards

Adhere to food hygiene regulation

Training of Demi and Commis Chefs in the kitchen 

Developing the menu in order to ensure that it is in line with customer expectations. Implementing food hygiene regulations to the highest possible standards     

Chef D' Parti, Pastry Section  

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef d'parti to join our new and exciting team.    

Key duties include:

Preparation of all desserts in house

Taking charge of a section in the kitchen

Ensuring all production is completed to the highest standards

Adhere to food hygiene regulation

Training of Demi and Commis Chefs in the kitchen 

Developing the menu in order to ensure that it is in line with customer expectations. Implementing food hygiene regulations to the highest possible standards

Service of Food and Drinks to customers

Delivering excellent levels of customer service

Delivering Yes I Can service to our customers at all times
